Mixed Fruit Cake Recipes

Ingredients
- Flour 150g
- Condensed milk (milkmaid) 8 tsp
- Dried fruit 100g
- Cashews 50g
- Butter 125g
- salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Vanilla 2 tsp
- Water 150 ml
Method of making
First mix the flour and baking soda together. Add finely chopped fruits and nuts and mix well. Then put the tincture, 150 ml of water and butter in a pot and melt over low heat. Now add the fruit and flour mixture to this milk mixture. Add the remaining cup of water. Add vanilla. Now place the mixture on an 8-inch by 8-inch square or a 10-inch-diameter round plate and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about an hour.
